RASPBERRY CAROUSEL 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello Brand Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. diced apple
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. Jello Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Bird's Eye Whipped Non-Dairy Topping, thawed
1/2 c. Kraft real mayonnaise

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cranberry juice cocktail, and chill until thickened (about 1 hour). Fold in apple, celery, and nuts; spoon into a 6-cup ring mold and chill until set (about 15 minutes). Dissolve lemon gelatin in remaining boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened (about 45 minutes).

Combine whipped topping and mayonnaise; fold into lemon gelatin. Spoon into the mold. Chill until firm (at least 4 hours).

Unmold. Garnish with crisp salad greens and sliced apples, if desired.

Thank you for posting the ORIGINAL raspberry carousel jello mold recipe. There are so many recipes out there called rapsberry carousel but they are not the one which was printed in the magazines during the holidays in about 1984. This is the original. I finally found my copy (xeroxed from the magazine) and checked to be sure!
