RASPBERRY DELIGHT 
1/2 pt. whipping cream (Cool Whip may be used)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)
9 macaroons, crumbled
1 pt. raspberry sherbet

(May use chocolate also - or combination of chocolate and raspberry sherbet.)

Whip cream, add macaroons, nuts and sugar. Place 1/2 of this mixture on bottom of loaf pan (2 lb.) Spread sherbet over it. Top with rest of mixture. Freeze. Slice to serve. Serves 8.
