HUNGARIAN NOODLE PUDDING | |
3/4 lb. cooked noodles, med. wide 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 3/4 c. sugar 1 pt. sour cream 5 eggs, separated 1 c. white raisins 1-2 c. peeled, chopped apples Cream the cheese and sugar. Add egg yolks, then sour cream. Fold into cooked noodles. Add raisins and apples. Beat egg whites with a dash of salt, until stiff but not dry. Fold into noodle mixture. Pour the pudding into 3 quart greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm or cold. |
