BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST WEDGES 
3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten

In medium bowl, mix together the baking mix, blueberries, and sugar. Set aside. In a 2 cup measuring cup, add milk and 2 eggs, beat with a fork until well mixed. Add the liquid and stir until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a 9 inch round. Brush dough with beaten egg an sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10- 12 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with butter and jelly.
