BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. blueberries

Pour liquid ingredients into dry ones. Stir quickly until dampened, mixture will be lumpy. Add blueberries. Fill muffin cups (greased if you don't use paper liners) 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
