MACARONI PIE 
8 oz. box macaroni
1 sm. jar pimento
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sharp cheese (grated)
1 c. Duke mayonnaise
Ritz crackers

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water. Drain and rinse. Do not mix water with mushroom soup. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered. Use large (3 quart) casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers on top before baking.
