1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together except tomato sauce. Shape the meat in a loaf pan. Pour the tomato sauce on top of the meat.

Bake at 375°F until done.
