EASY RICE PUDDING 
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins, plumped in hot water
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium speed for 1 minute. Add raisins and pour into ungreased, 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place casserole in larger pan and pour very hot water 1 inch deep into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set.
