1/2 c. butter
1 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar, divided
1 c. milk
4 c. sliced peaches

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and milk. Mix well. Pour over melted butter, do not stir. Combine peaches and remaining 1 cup sugar in saucepan, bring to boil. Pour over butter. Do not stir. Bake 30 minutes or until brown.
