HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ham
1 lb. veal
1 lb. fresh pork
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
Salt, pepper & parsley

Grind together ham, veal and fresh pork. Combine all ingredients and form into loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

SYRUP FOR BASTING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. catsup

Baste often.
