GREENBRIER SALAD 
1 sm. box lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 env. Dream Whip (prepared according to directions)
Salad dressing or mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water. Cool 10 minutes. Add crushed pineapple and cottage cheese. Gently fold in whipped topping. Lightly coat 9 x 13 inch pan with salad dressing or mayonnaise. Spoon gelatin mixture into pan and refrigerate.
