SPICY SESAME CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Combine these ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Let stand 5 minutes and add: 1 c. thinly sliced green onions 3/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted 4 c. shredded cooked chicken 1 lb. vermicelli, cooked & drained, cooled

Refrigerate one hour or overnight. Garnish with 2 cups fresh snow peas that have been destringed.
