JAMBALAYA - THE EASY WAY | |
2 pkgs. Chicken Rice A Roni 2 lbs. fresh shelled shrimp 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. Tabasco 1 chicken boiled and deboned 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper Brown Rice A Roni as directed on box. Add broth from chicken instead of water. Add all other ingredients plus chicken and cleaned shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes. Add crushed red pepper if you like it HOT. Serve with a salad and hot French bread and you have a fantastic meal. |
