APPLE PIE WITH CRUMB TOPPING 
4-5 med. tart apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1 9" unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Peel and chop apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Pour in shell. Blend brown sugar, flour and butter together and pastry blender; place over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
