HOTEL VINITA SALAD DRESSING 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. finely minced onion

Preparation: mix dry ingredients, add lemon and vinegar and mix well. Drizzle in oil, beating constantly (mixer). Add onion and shake well. Keeps indefinitely, use as needed. This is a favorite of the old Hotel Vinita Coffee Shop. Grandmother Driskill served it on a wedge of iceberg lettuce. This makes 1 1/4 cups.
