BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) quick corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except corn meal mix. Stir in corn meal mix. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
