VEGGIE COLESLAW 
1/2 c. calorie-reduced mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 c. cabbage, shredded
3/4 c. carrots, grated
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. green pepper, minced

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
