LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 pkg. pepperoni slices
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
3 reg. size cans tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 sm. container sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 sm. container sm. curd cottage cheese

Place noodles in pot of boiling water and cook until soft. At same time, brown hamburger, onion, and pepper in a skillet and then drain.

Add mixture to a large pot. Add pepperoni, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, and put on low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Drain noodles. Grease 13 x 9 x 11 oblong pan and preheat oven to 350. Alternate a layer of noodles, sauce, and cheeses in pan. End with a layer of cheese on top.

Bake in oven for 20 - 30 minutes, or until browned.
