CARROT - BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana (3 med. size)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Mash bananas in small bowl. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.

Combine with egg-butter-sugar mix. Stir in carrots and nuts. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
