KOLACHE DOUGH 
2 yeast cakes
2 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
8 c. flour
1/4 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. salt

KOLACHE FILLINGS:

PRUNE OR APRICOT FILLING: Cook dried fruit until done. On prunes, remove seed. Then add sugar to taste and either cloves or cinnamon and add about 1 teaspoon filling to each Kolache.

CHEESE FILLING: Take 2 cups cottage cheese and add: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter Pinch of salt 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 egg yolk 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. coconut

Mix in order given and put on top of Kolaches as you do the prunes and apricots.
