CARROT BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mashed banana. Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Fold in grated carrots and nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan, 350 degrees, 50 to 60 minutes. (Makes 1 loaf.)
