PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts, skinned & split in half
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. milk
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Mix together flour, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Place chicken in bag 2 pieces at a time. Shake to coat. Mix eggs with milk and dip each piece of chicken in mixture. Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and coat chicken with this mix. Melt butter in large pan. Place chicken in pan, cover tightly with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
