CHICKEN PARMESAN | |
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinless 4 slices Mozzarella cheese 1 can Aunt Penny's white sauce Seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter Vegetable oil 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cut breasts in half, pound thin, coat with bread crumbs. Saute in oil over medium high heat. Remove from pan. Top with slice of cheese. Melt butter in pan chicken was cooked in. Add white sauce, stir to mix. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
