AUNT ROSIE'S GOOD & EASY
POTATOES
 
2 lb. frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix ingredients and pour over lined unfrozen hash browns. Be sure to butter your casserole before putting in hash browns. Cover with 1/4 cup of crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
