3 lbs. cottage cheese
5 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Big T Tapioca

Beat cottage cheese until creamy. Add ingredients as above. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
