COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. honey

Put eggs in blender and whip; add cottage cheese 1/2 cup at a time and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into small bowl; stir in honey, salt and lemon juice. Turn into pie crust which has been partially baked. Dust crust with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Stir together topping ingredients, pour it over partially baked crust and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Done when knife in center comes out clean.
