CHOCOLATE-CHEESE CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix softened cheese with egg and salt; add sugar and beat with mixer. Stir in chocolate chips.

CHOCOLATE BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill each tin with batter half full. Spoon heaping teaspoon cheese mixture on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Yummy!
