FILLED EDAM CHEESE | |
1 whole round Edam cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. dillweed 2 tbsp. milk Cut red wax on top of cheese in a star pattern. Remove center of red wax. Scoop out cheese with spoon leaving a 1/2 inch shell. Combine scooped out cheese, cream cheese and seasonings in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until well combined. Add milk slowly through feed tube while processor is running. Pile cheese back into shell. Serve with crackers. |
