TONI'S STRAWBERRY TART 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Heat milk and butter until butter is melted, keep this mixture warm.

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored, about 3 minutes on high speed. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly on medium speed 4 or 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients. Blend just until mixed. Slowly stir in hot mixture and vanilla. Blend well and pour into greased and floured flan or tiara pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar. Fill with sliced strawberries and cover with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello

Mix sugar and water, boil, mix cornstarch with a little water, add to boiling mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add Jello, cool. Pour over berries, top with whipped cream.
