6 lbs. hamburg steak
2 pecks of ground green tomato
4 pkgs. seedless raisins
2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. nutmeg
1 lb. beef suet, ground
2 pecks of ground apples
2 pkgs. currants
4 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. salt

Cook all ingredients together until done. Put in hot jars and seal.
