CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey white meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. minced onion
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces

Cook until slightly soft the celery and onion. Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes, 1/4 cup butter, melted and 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 minutes or microwave 15 minutes on high. Allow longer time if pre refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
