CHEESE SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Chop eggs. Add grated cheese, pimientos, onion and salt. Meanwhile, melt butter in double boiler. Add sugar and flour and blend. Add the vinegar and milk while beating with an egg beater. Cook over hot water until thickened. Cool. Add to cheese mixture. Cover and can be kept in refrigerator for several days. Makes 8 full sandwiches.
