OVEN FRENCH FRIES 
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried whole oregano
2 (8 oz.) baking potatoes, unpeeled
1 egg white, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine Parmesan cheese and oregano; set aside.

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; dip into egg white and roll in Parmesan cheese mixture. Place fries on baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
