NO PEEK STEW | |
2 lbs. lean stew meat 1 can of mushroom soup 4 oz. mushrooms, canned 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 to 3/4 c. broth 1/2 c. water Place meat in roasting pan. Pour all ingredients on top of meat. Cover tight with foil. Cook in preheated oven for three hours. Serve over cooked noodles. |
