CARAMEL DIP WITH APPLES 
4 cored, sliced apples
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese (lite or reg.)
1/4 c. brown sugar (light or dark)
1 tsp. vanilla

With food processor or beaters, blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamed thoroughly. Chill. Serve with fresh apple slices (yellow, green and red look nice on the serving tray). Dip and enjoy.
