SHEPHERD PIE (GRANT'S FAVORITE!) 
1 lb. ground round
1 med. onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
5-6 lg. potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with onions; drain. Mix in soup and beans. Place in 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mash potatoes using eggs and milk. Place potatoes on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with cheese. Return to oven 5 minutes.
