SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can corn 6 c. mashed potatoes 1 c. shredded cheese 1 onion Brown beef and onions in pan. Drain fat. Add soup and corn and heat through. In a 1 quart casserole dish, add meat mixture, add mashed potatoes to top. Cook 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and add shredded cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes more. Remove and let set 5 minutes and serve. |
