SOUTHERN SHEPHERDS PIE 
3 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn, thawed
Mashed potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
American cheese sliced
2 tsp. minced onion

Mix ground beef, mushroom soup and minced onion. Put beef in bottom of 8 x 11 inch pan. Layer corn over meat; layer mashed potatoes (fresh or boxed) over corn. Put slices of cheese over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and bubbling.
