BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. pecans (if desired)

Mix ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Make sure it is done in the middle.
