GARLIC GRITS 
4 1/2 c. water
1 c. grits
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. butter
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. buttered corn flakes

Pour grits slowly into boiling water and cook over low heat until they are well done - 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Melt butter and 3/4 of cheese roll and add to grits. Beat the eggs with the milk and slowly stir into the grits. Pour into greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese, grated and the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
