1 (3 oz.) box lime gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 4 c. Cool Whip 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. pineapple juice Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into square pan and let set. Do the same as above with raspberry gelatin in separate pan. Dissolve lemon gelatin and sugar in boiling water in bowl. Add pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in 4 cups of Cool Whip. Set aside. Cut red and green gelatin into small squares and fold into lemon mixture. Pour into spring form pan or Jello mold or cake pan. Chill until firm. |
