FRENCH - FRIED ONION RINGS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Use about 2 medium Bermuda onions, slice about 1/3 inch thick. Separate into rings. Heat salad oil in electric skillet to a depth of 1 inch to 375 degrees. Mix batter with two-tined fork, dip onion rings in batter, drop rings a few at a time into hot fat. Drain on paper towels.
