COFFEE ICING 
2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. coffee
Chopped peanuts

Put all ingredients, except peanuts, in top of double boiler over medium high heat; cook and beat on high with electric mixer until stiff peaks are formed. (Do not over beat.) Quickly remove from heat and separate double boiler. Ice cake and sprinkle with peanuts (to do sides - put small amount of peanuts on the tip of a spoon and flick at cake).
