SAUSAGE ROLLS | |
1 pkg. hot roll mix Hot sausage (or sweet sausage) Sliced green peppers Chopped onions Italian seasonings Grated cheese PREPARE: Roll mix as directed. Let it rise until double. Roll out thinly in a rectangle. FRY: Sausage, peppers, onions until done. Add seasonings. Put mixture on dough rectangle. Cover with grated cheese. Roll up and pinch ends to seal. Put on cookie sheet. Let rise again until double (35 to 45 minutes). BAKE: One hour at 350 degrees. Cut into slices. |
