HERB CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut into pieces
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Accent
Garlic salt
Oregano
Fresh parsley
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Rub chicken with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Accent and garlic salt. Rub in oregano and parsley. Place in glass baking dish, skin side down. Place in 425 degree oven until brown; approximately 1/2 hour. Turn chicken over. Mix water and vinegar and pour over chicken. Baste occasionally and cook until done; approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
