BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM | |
1 c. finely chopped pecans 2 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. heavy cream 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. milk Brown pecans in butter; cool. Then mix with remaining ingredients, add to ice cream freezer. Makes 1/2 gallon. |
