APPLE HILL CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. peeled & sliced apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Sift dry ingredients together and add to apple mixture. Pour in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Boil sugar, milk and butter for 1 minute. Take from stove and add peanut butter. Cool, Beat until creamy. Add nuts and spread on cake.
