LEMON JELLY ICING 
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp. cornstarch (or 2 tbsp. flour)

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken, then put on cake of your choice.
