ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 head Napa cabbage (Chinese)
3 green onions
2 pkgs. Oriental Ramen noodles
4 oz. slivered almonds
2 c. sunflower seeds

Saute until golden the Ramen noodles in 1/2 cup butter. Add the almonds, sunflower seeds and Oriental seasoning. Toss just before serving the cabbage, green onion and noodle mixture. Pour dressing over and toss again.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
