KUGEL OR NOODLE PUDDING 
8 oz. med. egg noodles
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. apricot nectar juice

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water as directed on package. Drain; add some butter, toss lightly and set aside. In large bowl mix cream cheese and butter.

In another bowl mix eggs, sugar, juice, and milk. Add to cream mixture. Fold in cooled noodles. Grease a 2-quart casserole and pour in noodle mixture.

Mix corn flakes, sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top of casserole and add melted butter on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
